Song Commentary:
A newcomer to the anisong world; Sayuri has created a bit of a sensation with her gimmick of being a self-proclaimed '2-dimensional-singer'. Paired with a beautiful animated and directed PV, Sayuri's expressive singing and heartfelt guitar playing is clearly conveyed through this song. As with all her songs, Sore wa Chiisana Hikari no Yona was completely composed (lyrics+music) all by Sayuri herself. This song is truly befitting song not only for the anime it's being used as the theme song for (which I hear is a bit dark) but also for Sayuri as a rising artist trying to establish an image.
